Why doesn’t your advertising work?

1️⃣ Poor funnel/lack of warmers.
Let’s start with the basics. When you run an ad, everything has to be perfectly prepared. Imagine you have the best visuals and texts from professional copywriters, but sales still aren’t coming in. Well, the problem could be in the landing page, communications, progressions, sales funnel or sales team. Each of these components is important. Work on them and you will see results.

2️⃣ Not knowing your target audience.
The secret to success here is simple: to understand your target audience, you have to go through mistakes and budget losses. We had one case where a coach ordered a mailing list for counseling. The requests were coming in, but it was the wrong audience. We did several mailings to different interests and business areas. When she sat down and analyzed the results, she was amazed: adult men from heavy industry and construction responded well. Only tests will let you know who your target audience is and who isn’t.

3️⃣ Irrelevance of your offer.
Just because you think your product is great doesn’t mean your audience thinks the same. Remember: you are not your target audience. Run polls in your feed or storis that you can run on your profile and then promote. This will help you understand what your audience is really interested in. For example, we promoted an online course for moms. We sent out different creatives with different pains and found out that they were interested in a completely different topic. We had to redesign the course.

4️⃣ Picture + text didn’t work.
We launched it for the first time - it didn’t go in. We think the problem is in the target audience or in the creatives. We launch the newsletter again to a new audience. If again there are no results, then the problem is definitely in the creatives. Experiment and find what works.

5️⃣ Your Profile.
Simply put, don’t like you as a person or expert. This is where we are powerless. If your social media presence is not credible, no amount of advertising will save you.
